Listed, under contract, and sold in just 18 days!
But here’s what you didn’t see…
The conversations before we even listed. The uncertainty of selling in a market that’s been throwing everyone for a loop.
The reality checks, managing expectations, and a few conversations that weren’t necessarily easy.
And did I mention these sellers are also friends of mine?
One thing we talked about right from the beginning was that our friendship means more than a paycheck. And sometimes being a good friend means telling people what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear.
