FLAG LOT: Honestly? Kind of a perk. Less street noise and more privacy. And this one is split so there’s no easement with the neighbor. You each have your own driveway.

BUILT IN 1965: Not exactly. The home itself was built in 2010. There’s a backstory involving permits, paperwork and some good old-fashioned red tape that requires me to list 1965. 😂 Call me. I’ll explain.
