We are looking for an Administrative Assistant.
This position (is)

*Full-time, we have a little bit of room for movement in the schedule, but we need someone who can be flexible.
*Up to $16.50/ hr to start and then negotiable when you are able to work independently to a higher pay rate.
*Prefer you have some similar workforce experience (admin assistant).
*Requires you to be fairly confident with technology. (i.e. Install printer software on computer or set up an email, be able to work with label-makers)
*Prefer someone who is efficient at learning new software programs or has experience with Appfolio, MS Office programs, Adobe Acrobat
*Requires the ability to handle multi-tasking
*Dependent on LOTS of communication and working with an AMAZING team of ladies.
DUTIES
The majority of the duties are Customer service, coordinating work orders,daily use of Appfolio program, filing, answering phones and assisting other staff as needed.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. You would start learning the basics at the front desk, getting to know the software and office procedures and would integrate into some other duties when you are able to perform independently.

** You also have the opportunity to get your real estate license if you are interested.

It would be beneficial if you are in or close to Eagle River, since about 99% of our properties are in Eagle River.

This position does not offer any benefits, (i.e. medical, dental, etc) unless you consider a closeknit work family and tasting lots of new food a benefit! We are a small, but mighty office and we would like that dynamic to continue.

We have 75+ years of real estate knowledge in our office to share with someone looking to get into this field.

Job Type: Full-time (30-40 hrs/week)

Pay: DOE up to $16.50/hr
