What a year! Right now we're looking at prices similar to Spring of 2021. When interest rates rose, buyers were not willing to offer as much, so prices have gone down to meet the decreased demand. Current buyers have more options to choose from, and more time to think before placing an offer. Sellers have to work harder to market their property (or hire an agent to handle all the details). 😊🏡
