DID YOU KNOW? I help clients find their vacation homes and primary homes up in Mountains too? Yep, I travel up to McCall, New Meadows, Cascade and Donnelly. I have had the pleasure of helping many families buy their dream vacation homes there as well some primary residence.

Fun fact! My friends are amazing, this past weekend on our girl's trip to Donnelly, we (well mostly my idea but they are good sports) stopped into Tamarack to get an updated tour of their available 2- and 3-bedroom condos. Discussed amenities, fees etc. So much has changed up there in the past couple of years. They are opening a new and improved Marina, and more and more activities are being brought in to spice up the area.

Spring has sprung in Canyon County
What does this mean for you as a buyer or seller? Median prices are staying stable and strong this year with an increase in home selling month over month. More sellers right now than there were in March which is indicative of spring season and days on market are trending down.
