A great Assistant gives a Salesperson wings to fly and really live....

9 years ago, I was stuck trying to do everything myself in my business. Total controller here.
Working on parts of the business I hated.
Working on every single weekend and during “vacation”.
Working on maximum stress levels.
I didn’t have much of a process to anything.
AND I was a helicopter manager: micro managing everything thinking nobody could do anything better than me.

Enter in Susannah. 💃

A Great Realtor Is Priceless.....

I've been a Mortgage Lender for 25 years, and have seen firsthand the immense value a skilled Realtor brings to the table for their buyers and sellers.

Here are just a few reasons why I would never buy a home without one:

1. Education⁣- Market analysis and knowledge, ensuring you make an informed decision.
2. Expectations⁣- Understand the process, timelines, cadence and potential roadblocks.
3. Negotiations- A great realtor is an expert negotiator on your behalf.
4. Transaction Management- Legal paperwork, inspections, re-negotiations, coordination of vendors, and putting out fires when they inevitably come up.
