šŸ”¢ inventory is down 4% w/1,616 šŸ” available
šŸ“‰ interest rates are down to 6.23%

Weā€™ve had a very strong & stable spring market so far this year and Iā€™m here for it. Itā€™s difficult year after year having buyerā€™s and sellerā€™s try to keep up with the ups & downs of the market and then also manage whatā€™s happening within their sub-market to boot.
