When I started dreaming up the floor plan design for the Camden, the starting point for me was the family table. I wanted the whole home to center on the table as the heart of the design where everyone could come together for connection during the day. I love that even though the adjacent family room and kitchen are open to this space, the dining room still has its own presence in the middle, inviting you to pull up a chair and stay a while 😊.

OPEN HOUSE TOMORROW! This is not an April Fools joke😏 We’re so excited to open the doors of The Camden and show you around this charming coastal craftsman home. Follow the directions in the last slide so you don’t get routed to the wrong entrance—it has happened before! Light, bright, full of function and acting in cool contrast to the warmth of the adjoining kitchen, The Camden laundry room supports so much more than just laundry. Three distinct desk areas tackle homework assignments, the deep undermount soaking sink handles arts and craft aftermath, the wire mesh cabinet area corrals precious pets and the many cabinets keep everything organized and at your fingertips. And if it is laundry that you're after, there are TWO closed cabinets that support full-size stacked laundry units as well as adjacent pull-out laundry bins. All that in addition to the prettiest morning light you ever did see. This space might just be my favorite in the whole house😊

We’re showing off the Camden great room today with its vaulted ceiling, stone fireplace with cast stone mantle, charming built-in window seats and built-in cabinetry wall. It’s hard to pick a favorite angle for this one but I am pretty much in love with the open shelf styling if I do say so myself!

Last October we had the pleasure of collaborating with some truly mind-blowingly talented folks on a styled wedding shoot that was held in our Nantucket model home.
