It is REALLY easy to score a house right now…
But not for reasons you might think.
Every buyer’s agent in the Treasure Valley will try to tell you that you can “get a deal” right now.
Let me tell you about your competing buyers though…
🫣 They’re making dumb offers.
Like, really dumb. I’m seeing a lot of offers fall apart.
Long days on market doesn’t actually mean desperate sellers.
It just means that homes are needing more exposure time right now.
🗓️ It’s not 2020- it’s not as normal for houses to go in contract in 3 days anymore.
What are sellers really hungry for? 🍽️
REASONABLE OFFERS THAT WILL CLOSE. 💥
💣 The truth is a lot of sellers aren’t in a position where they HAVE to sell right now.
So if you want to take advantage of a little bit softer fall pricing… do it.
Otherwise there’s a large segment of these sellers that will just re-list in spring, at a higher price.
You can buy now, and sit on that same equity later… or you can play games and pay more in spring… or worse- get priced out. 🤷🏻♀️
The best deal is getting in a home that will build equity.
While everyone else is trying to nickel and dime, you can snipe that home right out from under them. 💥
