Meet the Triad Crew: Our Triad Crew consists of the husband and wife team of David and Lynn White along with Lynn's sister Micki Dellinger. elling homes. The idea of "flipping" homes was an exciting idea...but it always seemed to be just an idea. It was January of 2016 when the decision was made to turn the idea into a reality. It was Micki who initiated this move and together with David and Lynn the Triad Crew was formed. Our first property was purchased in April 2016 and we have never looked back.
