Our Community Management company (Towne Housing) will be providing maintenance services to our community. This will help in decreasing the outsource of work and allow for a more uniform approach to maintenance needs across our community. If you see these vans/trucks on the property, they are here doing work on behalf of the HOA. Communication procedures will be provided more in depth at another time, stay tuned.
