Today I had the opportunity to spend time with this homeowner and learn about the memories they've made here since 2018. Over the years, they've invested over 100k into the property, but what stood out most wasn't the improvementsβ€”it was the stories.

Here is a little bit about the home from the owner

My father owned the property for most of that time, and I've owned it for the last few years. While I never personally lived here, I've spent enough time at the property to appreciate what it has to offer.
What I've always liked most about the home is that it's solid. It has a poured concrete basement, a spacious garage, a roomy kitchen, and good-sized bedrooms throughout. The layout just makes sense. In my opinion, it would make a great starter home, retirement home, or simply a great fit for someone looking for a well-built house they can make their own.

The neighborhood has always struck me as quiet and friendly. The neighbors I've met have all been very nice, and it seems like the kind of place where people genuinely enjoy living. You get the benefit of having neighbors nearby without feeling crowded.
The lot is larger than many people realize, offering plenty of space to enjoy while still being manageable to maintain. One thing I've appreciated is the peaceful setting and the fact that you can enjoy some privacy while still feeling connected to the community.

Over the last few years, I've made a few improvements, including a new sump pump, bathroom fixture upgrades, and painting the basement. The home could use some cosmetic updates, but that's really the opportunity here. The next owner can come in, add their own style, and build equity while making the home exactly what they want it to be.

At the end of the day, I think this is a good, honest home with good bones that's waiting for someone to love it and make it their own.
