After 20+ years of being a Realtor, I've sold a decent amount of Commercial Real Estate (on & off market, mainly off). But this is my first time selling an entire City Block! 8 unit commercial building, a few blocks away from the Denver Zoo. Shout out to my Clients, after 30 years of ownership, HRA, Inc was able to bring this chapter to a close for them. Well, maybe not entirely because we structured a Seller Financing deal where my clients are still collecting income for the duration of the transaction. Not to mention, the Entity that purchased said property completed a 1031 Exchange, saving them a bunch of capital gain taxes. Both parties are extremely excited.
