Hi everyone!

For those of you that don’t know me, I would love to introduce myself. My name is Emmalee Cinotti, and I am a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Howard Hanna’s East Aurora branch.

Some fast facts about your Agent:
✔️I own multiple businesses including Emmalee's Memories - WNY Character Entertainment , braidbabes , The 66 Collective , and 21 Elm Street (which is right in the village of East Aurora and houses 8 female-founded businesses!)

✔️Prior to becoming a full time entrepreneur, I was an accountant and a Police Officer (as you can tell, I’ve lived many lives! 😂) I gravitated towards both these professions, as I deeply value integrity, and I believe this value serves as the foundation for both.

✔️I hold an MBA from Canisius College (well, technically Canisius University now - but I will always call it “college” - GO GRIFFS!)

✔️I am the oldest of 6 siblings. I have three brothers and two sisters who mean the world to me. I am so proud of each and every one of them and all their accomplishments. I will forever be grateful for the ethics and commitment to family that my parents instilled in us since a young age.

✔️I have a knack for being philanthropic, which I believe stems from my experience serving as Miss Buffalo in the Miss America organization. Currently, I sit on the Board of Directors for Totally Buffalo Cares - their mission is so important to me and countless others.

✔️My husband, Tony, and I have been passionate about real estate for years as we own a variety of residential and commercial properties together. There is nothing that we love more than putting our hard work into properties that serve others. I look forward to putting that same effort in to achieving your real estate goals - whether that is by listing and SELLING your property, securing the home that you have been dreaming about, or finding the perfect investment.
