‼️SOLD‼️ Congrats to the sellers! The Debbarma's had to relocate for work so they contacted me to sell their home - a little bittersweet as this home was so sentimental to them as it's their first home they owned. 🏡❤️ Over 4 years ago, I helped them find this home. It was beautiful and the great room was the selling point (obviously - and still is!)

There's some drama with a previous deal that fell through that took 3.5 months - that's right through the holidays as far ago that feels and was! And it even went to the closing table - **allegedly** 🧐

We relisted and got multiple offers and selected an above asking offer with a motivated buyer! It was a seamless transaction *phew* All in all still a happy story. The sellers though frustrated with the previous buyers always stayed positive even when he had to pay for all that plowing from the snow storms! 😱❄️❄️❄️

‼️SOLD‼️ Congrats to Stephen and Gill in their first home! They knew what they wanted and went after it.

This wonderful house they can call home is in the perfect location for them.

✅ 1 mi to parents (which will be most helpful for their growing family 👶🏻)
✅ Close to both their jobs
✅ They're renting very close by so already familiar with the area

Location location location! They knew this home needed some work, but they just loved the location so much. They saw the value in it and luckily it was within their budget. We were also able to negotiate a substantial sellers concession for some work that needs to be done but Stephen also plans on learning to be handy 🧰🛠️

Gill heard about me through one of her friends (a previous client of mine) who had shared how helpful I was in their purchase. Referrals like that are the best best best compliment 🤗❤️

From start to finish they were great to work with and I'm just so happy for them to start this journey of homeownership and soon to be parenthood! 🏡🎉

‼️SOLD‼️ and not a moment too soon!

Congrats to both my sellers and buyers on the sale of this beautiful home!

The sellers are an amazing couple that are now retired, and no longer have a need for such a large home. They are moving to be closer to their baby granddaughter (who have the best Lolo and Lola!) The buyers are a wonderful family with 3 school-aged kids and with grandparents living with them that will make such great use of this 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home!

We had some rollercoasters on this home with a buyer backing out and a neighbor's fence (who was so gracious in helping to get everything done so quickly!) and rate locks expiring. Murphy's Law at its finest. 😅 Everyone wanted to get this deal done quickly, but the cards for this home was to close on 2026. But it happened! 🙌🏼🎊 And everyone is happy!

Keeping this deal moving and staying positive helped get us to the finish line - but it wasn't easy! 🤹🏼 Patience all around 🧘🏻‍♀️

Tough transactions happen to the nicest people, and I'm here to help navigate through it! But also I hope easy transactions for everyone! 😁

‼️SOLD‼️ Congrats to my first time buyers! Ashish & Arpita bought a beautiful home in West Windsor! 🏡 ... Their daughters may even my sister as their English teacher one day! 📚🍎

We first met 2 years ago when they reached out about a rental. They ended up finding something on their own but promised to call me when they were ready to buy — and they were true to their word! 🙏🏼🩷

They are now proud owners of a gorgeous home with a peach tree 🍑! Negotiations were a little tough with the sellers threatening to cancel the deal no less than 5 times (though we were never really concerned they would actually do it, just got sick of hearing it 😅) - we made it! 🙌🏼

Having the right people in your corner is important! Choose wisely! (Choose me! 🙋🏻‍♀️)

So appreciative for their trust and their unwavering loyalty - even when another agent tried to poach them! 😮
