"For me, the key has always been to make peace with the items I'm letting go of," Hall said. "I hold it, and I look at it and I say, 'Do I like you? Yes, I do, but do I love you? No, I don't.' And if I don't absolutely love it and cherish it, I take a picture of it and I let it go."

Sometimes when we stage vacant properties, we have to work with what we are presented with as far as color choices and selected finishes. In this vacant in East Brunswick, with a Milltown address, we incorporated the blue wall into our solution. When the house was vacant, all you saw was this blue wall. Once staged, it becomes a beautiful detail in the room.
