The East Brunswick Department of Public Works will plow and remove snow on the 174 miles of municipal roadways. (Middlesex County handles county roads; NJ State DOT handles Route 18.)

As snow accumulates, plows will prioritize emergency access first, then curb-to-curb clearingโ€”starting with major township roads, then side streets and neighborhoods. This is a lengthy, round-the-clock process. You may not see a plow right away on your street, but rest assured, all township roads will be serviced as efficiently as possible. Our crews work extremely hard in tough conditions!

Vehicles in Guest Spaces

Dear Residents,

We have received numerous complaints regarding vehicles and motorcycles being parked in Guest spaces for extended periods. The Handbook and the Associationโ€™s Parking and Towing Resolution state that any vehicle parked in a Guest space for more than 15 days is subject to towing after five (5) daysโ€™ notice.

Following the recent snowstorm, 54 vehicles were not moved to allow for proper snow removal. As a result, several vehicles have remained unmoved for more than 15 days and are not registered with the Association. The following vehicles have been tagged for towing. Please note that this list is not complete, and additional vehicles may be tagged tomorrow:

Black Mercedes โ€“ NJ K90 UAG
White Acura โ€“ NJ MAJ 42W
Black Honda โ€“ No Plate
Gray Suzuki โ€“ NJ N34 LHV
Beige Lexus โ€“ No Plate (Andover Place)

Silver Chrysler โ€“ NJ B29 NRF
Brown Nissan โ€“ NJ J13 HCJ
White Infiniti โ€“ NJ UWJ 33M

This notice serves as formal notification that these vehicles have not moved in at least 15 days and are not registered with the Association. All listed vehicles will be towed on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, unless they are registered with the Association and moved prior to that date.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

IMPORTANT SNOW OPERATIONS NOTICE

Due to the significant snowfall forecasted, please review the following important information carefully. This storm is unpredictable and the forecast varies on impact on Central NJ. Please know that LMS and the association are prepared and on alert. We have tried to anticipate any issues that may arise and the impact on residents. Our goal is to keep you as safe as possible. Please be kind and patient to the snow removal technicians as they will be working long hours in the cold weather.

Parking Restrictions / Snow Stacking

Certain parking spaces will be blocked off today for snow stacking. It is imperative that these spaces remain clear so snow can be safely stored on-site. If these areas are not kept clear, the Association may be required to remove snow from the community at a cost of thousands of dollars.

Please note:
~LMS will sound an air horn when they are in the area and need vehicles moved.
~Remove all snow from your vehicle before moving it.
~Plowing of the roadways begins once 2 inches of snow has accumulated.
~Dori has requested that plow drivers change directions during operations so snow is distributed evenly behind parked vehicles.
~Snow removal for the entire community is expected to take approximately 24โ€“48 hours. Please be patient during this process.

Trash Collection Update

There will be NO trash pickup on Monday, January 26, 2026, due to the anticipated snowfall.

๐Ÿšซ DO NOT place trash out on Monday.

The next trash collection day will be Thursday, January 29, 2026.

Resident Preparedness

Please ensure you have adequate supplies on hand to last several days, including:
Batteries
Medications
Snow shovels
Other essential items
Townhome Cut-Throughs

LMS has been reminded that their contract requires cut-throughs every other parking space in the townhome areas.

State of Emergency-Severe Storms, Flash Flooding

Dear Residents,

Due to the State of Emergency declared in New Jersey and the forecast of severe thunderstorms this afternoon, the pool will be closed at 3:00 PM today, 7-31-2024, for the safety of all residents and staff.

Additionally, it may be necessary to close the management office, which is still to be determined.

We urge all residents to secure any loose outdoor items (such as furniture, umbrellas, and planters) and "batten down the hatches" in preparation for high winds and heavy rain. Please take the necessary precautions to protect your property and reduce the risk of damage or injury.

Above all, please stay safe and indoors as the storm passes. The pool will remain closed until conditions improve and it is deemed safe to reopen. We will provide updates as they become available.

Thank you for your cooperation.
