I’m always outside showings homes and running around with different tasks but spending time in the office is necessary to organize paperwork, use the printer and so forth plus with the high temperatures this week it was nice to cool off 😁

..And 165 days later my client finally was able to close on this awesome property . An important lesson on this transaction and that I wanted to share is that taking action , having effective communication and getting all parties involved was an absolutely key to keep this deal together.

I met the sellers a couple years ago when I helped them purchased this lovely home and this year they decided to sell and move out of New Jersey. It’s always hard to see friends moving but I’m extremely happy about their next endeavors and I wish them the very best.
