We had an odd shaped door that we didn’t want try and find a new door for. So we tried out some arts & crafts. Stay tuned to see the finished product 😊.

MORE DOORS 🚪 ✨

On Friday we closed on a duplex in Connecticut (yes, out of state!). Brining our total door count up to 5! Plus, we have a five unit under contract set to close at the end of April. If all goes well we will have 10 doors total by end of month.

Getting work done at this weekend. As a you… do it yourself! When we first saw this property we knew it needed to be opened up. So that’s what we did. Soon this will be a more open kitchen with bar seating!

Did you know we bought a STR? 💫
Yup! We bought our first Short Term Rental (STR) that doubles as our personal vacation home. We will be ready to greet guests in the Northeast Kingdom this spring!

2021 Project Recap Part 1 ✨
Ensuring our rental properties are safe for our renters is our number one priority. We purchased this duplex at the tail end of 2020 and neither side had railings leading to the second floor. So we installed them! We followed code and installed new railings.
