Perhaps you recognize this local landmark right on Route 28 in West Dennis ... a place you could go to buy great clocks or watches or have them repaired! They opened their doors the very same year we did! Honored when it was time for retirement and to move closer to family that the seller chose us to represent her. Despite some challenging road & weather conditions, we did the job and she was on her way by early spring ... miss her but excited for her and the new owners. No longer a clock shop, but it did sell to locals which is just awesome !!

Did you know ... we were able to bring the perfect buyers to the sellers (we did sell them the home 15 years ago) who closed on this 4 bedroom home in the Signal Hill area of Dennis Village. We just love selling homes for repeat customers and they were thrilled to be heading to lake country for their next phase of family memories. Now the new owners will be near friends and relatives with their family Cape Cod memories!
