Driven by a passion for creating spaces where people thrive, Cesar brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, architectural expertise, and real estate acumen to every client interaction. Born in Ecuador and arriving in the United States at the age of 15, Cesar developed a deep appreciation for the power of place and the importance of finding the perfect fit. Since moving to New York, Cesar has resided in Queens, giving him an intimate knowledge of the borough's diverse neighborhoods and real estate market. This passion led to a successful 12-year career as an architect, where Caesar designed everything from vibrant shopping centers to intricate residential complexes. This experience provided invaluable insights into structural integrity, zoning regulations, and potential challenges – insights that now directly benefit his real estate clients. After completing his architectural career, Cesar successfully owned and operated a restaurant for three years, while simultaneously building his real estate career. This experience honed his business acumen and negotiation skills, further enhancing his ability to serve clients. In 2007, Caesar sold the restaurant to focus solely on real estate, dedicating his full attention to helping clients achieve their property goals. Since transitioning to real estate in 2005, Cesar has dedicated his career to helping individuals and investors navigate the complexities of the market. Specializing in REO/foreclosure properties, short sales, commercial ventures, and all types of residential listings, Cesar leverages his architectural background to identify opportunities and address concerns with a proactive approach. Clients appreciate Cesar's commitment to honesty, truthfulness, and unwavering reliability, as well as his dedication to staying up-to-date on lending processes and financial preparation. Beyond his professional pursuits, Cesar is deeply committed to serving his community. He is passionate about helping those in need, regularly providing food, clothing, and shelter to those less fortunate. This dedication to service reflects his core values of compassion and making a positive impact on the lives of others. He is a devout Christian, and his faith guides his principles and actions in every aspect of his life. After God, his family is his priority, with his wife Marinalva and their two talented children, Carolina and Alexander, providing constant inspiration. This personal foundation reinforces Cesar's commitment to building strong, trustworthy relationships with clients, helping them find not just a property, but a place to build their own cherished memories. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Cesar connects with a diverse clientele, understanding their unique needs and aspirations.
