September is REALTOR Safety Month.

Safety should be part of the way we do business every day, whether we're meeting a new client, walking through a property, or handling sensitive information.

President Shannon Krasnowiecki and President-Elect Steven Miller share five important reminders every REALTOR should keep in mind.

Take a few minutes this month to review your safety plan, talk about it with your team, and make safety part of your everyday routine.

Because the most important thing isn't the transaction. It's making sure everyone gets home safely.

🏡 Rhode Island Housing Market Update

Rhode Island’s housing supply remains below the national level, continuing to put pressure on home prices.
In August, the single-family median home price reached $544,000, up 6.7% from last year, while sales declined 3.4%.

Condo prices rose 1.9% to $407,455, while multifamily home prices increased 4.7% to $607,500.
With Rhode Island’s inventory still well below the national level, buyers and sellers continue to navigate a competitive market.
