CALEDONIAN BRAVES NEW OWNER PRESS RELEASE
BREAKING NEWS: AL NORTH BECOMES NEWEST OWNER OF A WEE SCOTTISH FOOTBALL CLUB
Glasgow, SCOTLAND - Caledonian Braves FC, a wee Scottish football club, today announced that Al North has become their newest owner. Now, you’re probably thinking - by what sorcery did Al North manage to buy a football club? Did he win the lottery? Sell he soul? All valid questions. But it’s more likely he found some money in some old trousers and shrewdly invested in the uncommonly handsome Caledonian Braves.

North has joined a passionate community of owners worldwide committed to elevating the club to Scottish Premiership. “We haven’t a clue who Al North is,” said Founding Owner Chris Ewing. “But we couldn’t be more delighted to welcome him to our global ownership group and community.”
Many across the organization shared similar excitement for the Rhode Islander native’s addition to the club. “Who the hell is Al North,” asked Braves gaffer Ricky Waddell. “Mate of yours?”
The wee club currently competes in the fifth tier of Scottish professional football after being promoted once already in their brief history. That’s correct, promoted before Wrexham, but you don’t hear us making a fuss about it…
