May was the first time since last October that the single-family home market rose to a two-month supply of homes for sale, meaning that the pace of sales would have resulted in all homes being sold in two months if no new listings went on the market.
The single-family home market also saw an annual increase in May’s median sales price of 7.7%.

On June 19, we commemorate Juneteenth, a day in 1865 when the news of freedom finally reached the enslaved Americans in Galveston, TX – two years after the Emancipation Proclamation.

Juneteenth is a celebration of liberty and a tribute to Black Americans’ enduring heritage and accomplishments. It’s a reminder of the relentless pursuit of freedom that unites us all.
