One of the biggest shifts an agent can make in communicating their value is moving from:
“Here’s what I do.”
to
“Here’s the problem I help solve.”
That clarity changes everything.
The agents who create the most value in today’s market are usually the ones who deeply understand:
• who they’re best positioned to serve
• what outcome their clients are actually searching for
• and how to communicate that value clearly
