It’s been a very rainy spring here in Connecticut, and with summer just around the corner, now’s the time to protect your home from moisture overload!

Tip #1: Clear Out Those Gutters & Downspouts
With all the recent rain, clogged gutters can lead to leaks and even basement flooding. Make sure water is draining away from your foundation!

Tip #2: Inspect Windows & Doors
Heavy spring rain can expose weak spots. Reseal or caulk any areas where water may be sneaking in—your future self (and energy bill) will thank you.

✨Bonus: Check your yard for standing water or soggy spots—these can attract mosquitoes and damage your lawn!🦟
