David Zazula - Hamptons Real Estate Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Saunders & Associates A Long Island Native, David was drawn to the east end at an early age.

After attending SUNY New Paltz, and on the advice of a school professor, he took time off to live in Aspen Co. Upon his return, David began working in the family printing business in Manhattan for the next 20 years. After selling the business, he decided to spend the summer in the place he always loved, East Hampton. Smitten by the water, beauty, and lifestyle, David moved here permanently in the Fall of 2003. He began his career as a real estate agent, and has never looked back. David’s skill at deftly handling all aspects of a transaction, inclusive of negotiations, has made him a known and respected member of the East End’s real estate community. With the motto “A good broker is always prepared,” as his mantra, David has amassed over 60 million in sales. He has the experience and knowledge necessary to properly advise clients in all aspects of residential real estate in the area. As David is fond of saying, “Often, the work begins once we’re in contract.”

David’s hobbies include surfing, windsurfing, and tennis, where he is the member of East Hampton Indoor Tennis, and the private East Hampton Tennis Club. At the present, his son Benjamin is in the fifth grade. Although parenting is not without it’s difficulties, David maintains that Ben “… is the greatest thing that ever happened to me.”
