The sad truth is that:

1. Positivity does not drive engagement 🤦‍♂️
2. People don't READ past the headlines 🤦‍♂️

This causes a lot of misinformation.

The facts:

✅ YES, foreclosures have doubled from 2021 to 2022 - mainly because there were tools for people in 2021 to avoid foreclosure.

✅ YES, we will have even more in 2023 (likely).

🚫 No, this does not mean we are about to see a market "crash".

We are still well below what was considered an AVERAGE amount of foreclosures on a given year for the past 5 years.
