Finally some room so you can really get to know me and my, I guess, whole story! That is just outside of Helena. I grew up out there, Clancy, East Helena, and Helena. The Helena area, as we call it. My parents have owned Bars and Restaurants throughout the area. It all started with Riley's out at Canyon Ferry. It eventually sold and turned into O'Malley's; then the Dam Bar before it burned down in

the summer of 2021. Once they sold that, they bought the Legal Tender in Clancy, MT. That's where I started school with my brothers at Clancy Elementary. There is something about that small town that will always have my heart. Being able to walk to school every morning with my brothers without a care in the world will always be a main reason for my fondness of Clancy. But don't let that fool ya, we were always out at Canyon Ferry on the weekends at the family cabin. My grandfather built our cabin in Magpie Bay out at Canyon Ferry way back in the 1960's. I was fortunate to say I had two beautiful places to call home and explore. Eventually we moved back out to the lake fulltime. As kids, we roamed those mountains and trails on our dirtbikes and truly discovered the area. Having the freedom to just fill up our bikes and go is magical in its own. We would roam all the way over to York Bar on the trails to buy our burgers with quarters we had saved up. In my opinion, Canyon Ferry has some of the best outdoors riding available in Montana. Eventually, I graduated high school from Helena High and had to venture off on my own! I found myself working in sales for most of my adult life. Most of it was cell phone sales for Verizon and AT&T for roughly 3 to 4 years. I even ventured over to North Dakota for a summer to work in the oil fields. Then my parents called me one day while I was over there, and said they were buying the York Bar. That place was so nostalgic to me. It had always been a constant in my life, and not to be bias, it maintains to be my favorite establishment. I took that call as a sign and moved home right away. From there, I bartended for them and did bookwork. I was there for 5 years. I left the family business because I needed two knee surgeries. I had both my ACL's replaced. During that recovery, I decided it was time to think smarter and not harder. I had to go back to my roots of being a salesman. I put forth the effort to pass my classes and tests. Now I'm here. 3 years in on Real Estate, and I'm just loving it. I chose to go straight to NorthStar because of the Broker/Owner. I have known Tobie since I was around 8 years old. She's been a constant in my life as well. That wasn't the only reason though. She has been one of the top performing agents in Helena for years. She has been in this industry for close to 15 years. She has also sat on multiple boards for the Realtor Association. Those would be my biggest reasons why I chose NorthStar. It's because of her knowledge and
