Just a mom of 4 with body dysmorphia.
I am slowly but surely accepting that I will never have my “old body” back but also learning to love my new body and all the things it does for me everyday. This is the body that has birthed 4 beautiful babies and this is the body that shows up every single day to take care of business.
From now on I will not ever try to get my “old body” back, I am going to make this body as healthy and as strong as it can possibly be. I am so incredibly thankful that I was blessed with this beautiful body and I will be showing it off this summer 😜

After being very healthy the last two years, COVID has unfortunately hit the Tinoco household.
So I made this little platter for the kids to graze off of this morning. There will be a lot of movies and laying around for the next couple of days.

Everyday I wake up and try to be a better mom than I was yesterday. I have failed many times but I will never stop trying. Being a mother is one of the hardest jobs in the world. So to all my mamas out there keep going and keep doing your best, your children will appreciate it. ❤️
