Friends! Local friends! If you're so inclined to donate, we'll be making packages to send on May 11. Please see what's needed to keep our troops happy in Kuwait. Food requests:
Ramen, crystal lights, candy, cheese balls, hot cheetos, potato chips, slim jims, oatmeal, butter cookies with the fruit flavor (i.e. raspberry butter cookies)

Product requests:
Hair ties, hair gel, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and girly things too!!

Excited to share that our Keller Williams office will be assembling care packages to our deployed service members again this year. Last year we sent out 500 packages and we are looking to do the same or more. If you have a service member deployed please message me or call me to give address details, any specific wants/needs to remind them of home and how many in their unit..❤️🇺🇸❤️

A condominium or townhome may be more affordable than a single-family home, but shared walls with neighbors will mean less privacy. Don't forget to budget for homeowners association fees when shopping for condos and townhomes, or houses in planned or gated communities.

Another option to consider is buying a fixer-upper — a single-family home in need of updates or repairs. Fixer-uppers usually sell for less per square foot than move-in ready homes. However, you may need to budget extra for repairs and remodeling. Renovation mortgages finance both the home price and the cost of improvements in one loan.

The car has to be used more than 50% of the time for business.
The 100% applies only to vehicles weighing between 6,000 lbs. and 14,000 lbs. So, think Ford F-450 (about 8,000 lbs.), not Honda Fit (about 2,500 lbs.). For cars under 6,000 lbs., you’ll be able to deduct a base amount and limited bonus depreciation.
If you buy a luxury vehicle, regardless of size, your bonus depreciation is limited.
