ANOTHER CLOSING in the books! 📖
Thank you Nancy Quinn Garijo for allowing me to go on this journey with you in the relocation of your next home. Closing this chapter in haslett and opening a new one in a different zip code. over 30 people through the open houses, an accepted offer two days after the first open house, a couple hiccups and a sneeze got us to offer number 2 with 31 Active days on the market, a waved home inspection and a straight shot to the closing table. A huge thanks to the team at greater lansing title and escrow right here in our Office. A special thank you to Marta Lopez for making the title work side a breeze for us. Thank you to the buyers Agent Donovan Thomas ,and his team for a smooth transaction. An even bigger thank you to our Teams transaction coordinator Melissa Jarosz for handling the backside of this transaction and being my go to for all signatures, communications and shoulder!

What a crazy roller coaster ride of looking at 22 houses together! 🩷🩷 Let's take a quick trip down memory lane... 🛤️ Some of those memories were not so good like the very first showing tour of 8 houses where discouragement set in 😔 , some were pretty funny like your friend getting her shoes stuck in the quicksand 👡⏳, some were very colorful like that house that had each room painted a different color 🌈 some were very interesting like the house that had tin foil covering the oven back, or when there was corkboard material behind the fireplace wood decor above the fireplace 😳, and then some were darn near perfect, like the time when we said if we could just take your haslett condo and put it in the Grand rapids area that would be the perfect condo, and what do you know we found it! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Congratulations on your new home, but most importantly on the new location. I'm wishing you the best in this next chapter in your new place you get to call home! 🏠

What a great day!! ITS CLOSING DAY FOR HANNAH!!! Hannah came to me through homes.com. She went through one agent before me that didn't show up to the viewing of another property she wanted to look at. Things happen I know, but thanks to his absence she reached out to me and asked if I would show her my listing in potterville. She came with her Dad and bonus mom and we hit it off immediately. This will be her first home and I couldn't be more excited for her. The endless amount of compliments I received from them during this process I will forever take with me and hold on to on those hard days in real estate! Thank you Hannah for trusting that I would take care of you the best I could during this process and being such an easy going client! A huge thank you to Mark Majeski for doing a killer home inspection and providing buyers with so much to take away from the experience. I love learning at each home inspection you cover.
