Ending this year in real estate with a lot of reflection.
One thing I pride myself on is not cutting down other agents. I learned long ago when working in the restaurant industry that talking badly about another place doesn’t make yours better. You build up what you do — you don’t tear down what others do.
That’s how I approach real estate. Everyone does business their own way, and this is mine.
I’m a mom first, and a real estate agent a very close second. I work hard for my clients, I get right into it, and I help where I can. This year taught me a lot — that I can’t always expect others to give the same way I do, and that I don’t have a magic wand to make the perfect house appear that checks every single box.
But I do have patience, and I’ll wait with my clients until the right house comes along.
I learned that I will give and give for my clients no matter what. I’ll lay mulch to get a house ready to list. I’ll host open houses with questionnaires to help sellers better position their home. I’ll show up in ways that aren’t always seen, but always matter.
I also learned how much my family plays a role in all of this. They’re a huge reason I can do what I do, and I’m grateful every day.
Looking ahead to 2026, I have big goals professionally. I’d love to double my total sales, but I’m focused on steady growth and continuing to serve my clients well. Most of all, I want to keep growing, serving my clients with care, and doing this job with honesty and heart.
If you’re thinking about buying or selling in the coming year — or even just have questions — I’m always happy to talk and help where I can.
