Set well back from the road, 6204 N DeWitt Road offers the privacy, space, and relaxed setting that make country living so appealing. Fresh paint and updated carpet give the home a clean, refreshed feel, while new stainless steel appliances add a nice update to the kitchen. With both an eat-in kitchen area and a separate dining room, there is plenty of space for everyday meals as well as larger gatherings. A convenient entry room gives you a dedicated place for shoes, coats, and all the things that come with daily life. Off the back of the home, a three-season room provides additional space to enjoy the outdoors while staying protected from the elements. The basement offers even more flexibility, including space that could potentially be used as a 5th bedroom, home office, workout room, or hobby area. A reverse osmosis system is another added feature. Outside, you'll find a fenced backyard with plenty of room to enjoy, a back porch area, fire pit, and an outbuilding for additional storage or projects.
