Amazing conversion! We turned this former downtown Flushing bank into a beautiful mixed-use medical office building for Dr. Wax Orthodontics back in 2021. It also the home of Evers and Ollie Boutique Coffee House! If you are in the area, you have to stop in to check it out! The the old vault door is still in place!!! Great job Team!

Here we GO! Kicking off reconstruction of this gem in downtown Brooklyn, MI. Designs confirmed for (2) main level commercial spaces with shared common area and (6) new residential units above. The exterior will get a refurbished masonry facade, all new windows, new storefronts, and new connected entries that tie into the existing alley/parking. We are so excited about this project and all of the support we have received from the Village of Brooklyn, County, and the MEDC. Thank you to all of our partners! The vision set forth by the owner/sponsor on this project along with their local involvement has been amazing! Looking forward to a big transformation in downtown Brooklyn! Go Team!
