Market Update!

What's going on in the Greater Lansing Area home market recently? Well, the Spring market is in full swing as listed homes are moving quicker on average than they were during the winter months, similar to what we have seen the past few Springs. Currently, our Realtor Association sits at 416 active listings. This number overall has fluctuated between 350-550 over the past several months, but we are seeing a fair number of new Sellers list their homes during this time to balance out the current market homes moving so quickly.
