Life has been busy! I don’t always get to post on each of my sales and although this one was a few weeks ago, I can not let it go without the recognition it deserves! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
💭 About 5-6 years ago, I sold a house to a young couple just starting out! They were the sweetest! Then a few years later, her sister called me up and said… “my husband and I are ready to buy a home” and so we found the perfect fit for them and their fur baby! Then a few months ago, I got a call from sister #3! Her and her husband were ready to find their forever home and they had a very specific checklist and wanted my guidance!
My buyers had a long windy road when it came to buying their forever home, their family home. The one that helps them take care of grandma now and the one they will raise their future children in! We looked at many homes. It had to be the right fit for all their needs! Lucky Number 3… This was the 3rd house we went into contract on. The first two came back with issues on home inspections that the buyers were not comfortable with and we decided not to proceed any further with them! I kept telling them not to get discouraged, the right one will work itself out! AND it DID! 🙌🏼 This home checked ALL the boxes and all inspections went absolutely smoothly! No hiccups, No flaws… just a sense of calming that this is exactly where they were meant to be!
I hope they love it there for years to come! From the bottom of my heart… Congratulations! You guys deserve this! Enjoy! 🏡🎉🥳
I don’t quite think this family realizes how special they are to me! All 3 sisters and their spouses! I have had the pleasure of being there to help them thru all the highs and lows of their home buying journeys! Something I will never forget! To the Hamilton sisters, a heart felt Thank You! I love being a part of your world!
