Another closing day!!

In an industry full of options, being chosen by a returning client (especially for a third time ) is something I never take for granted!

Real estate teaches you quickly that knowing someone or even being family doesn’t automatically guarantee a working relationship. Trust is earned, and I’m incredibly grateful for every client who continues to place theirs in me.

From first-time buyers to investors, multifamilies to downsizing, growing families to new life chapters, every move has a story behind it, and I’m honored to help guide people through those transitions.

To my repeat clients: thank you for continuing to choose me. It truly means more than you know ❤️

And to Vazquez and Moñi, los quiero un mundo. Disfruten de su casita ❤️

Closing Day!!!

There is something incredibly powerful about watching a woman choose herself, trust herself, and step boldly into the life she’s chosen, unapologetically.

Helping strong women step into new chapters like this will never get old to me. Congratulations to my amazing client on closing day, this one feels extra special 🩷

Cheers to new beginnings and a home that matches the energy you deserve! 🩷

This one was a doozy, but we made it to the closing table !! The house is officially SOLD 🙌🏽❤️

It’s easy for a real estate agent to show up when everything is going smoothly. But the real question is: how do they show up when things get tough? How do they handle the unexpected, the uncomfortable conversations, the last-minute obstacles? How do they continue protecting your best interests when the transaction gets complicated?

This winter threw us a curveball when an insurance claim surfaced right before closing, and for a moment it felt like the finish line kept moving farther away. But thanks to the trust my seller placed in the right professionals (Walsh Law), the cooperation and professionalism of the buy side, and a whole lot of persistence, today my seller officially closed this chapter.

Deals don’t always go perfectly. What matters is having people in your corner who know how to navigate the hard parts too.

Congratulations to my seller on a well earned closing day! 🎉👏🏼

SUNDAY SAFETY TIP!

With the heavy snow coming, we wanted to remind you why keeping exhaust vents are so critical:

Keeping exhaust vents clear of snow isn't just about home maintenance – it's about protecting your family's safety and your home's integrity.

As displayed in this image, your home has several important exhaust vents that need to remain clear. This includes vents for your furnace, water heater, dryer, and bathroom fans. These vents serve a critical purpose: removing dangerous gases like carbon monoxide, excess moisture, and other byproducts from your home.

When snow blocks these vents, these harmful substances have nowhere to go except back into your living space.

Carbon monoxide, often called the "silent killer," is particularly concerning. This odorless, colorless gas can build up rapidly when furnace or water heater vents are blocked, potentially leading to severe illness or worse. Similarly, blocked dryer vents not only reduce your appliance's efficiency but can also create fire hazards as lint builds up in the system.

Once the snowfall ends, be sure to take a walk around your home and check all external vents. Clear away any snow buildup, ensuring there's at least a foot of clear space around each vent. Pay special attention to vents near ground level, which can become buried as snow accumulates or gets pushed aside during shoveling or plowing.

Remember, this isn't a one-and-done task. During periods of heavy snow or drifting, check your vents multiple times per day. It's a small investment of time that could literally save lives.

By keeping your vents clear, you're not just maintaining your home – you're protecting your family's safety and health throughout the winter months.
