I had this beautiful home that was stunning and meticulous on the inside listed on Lessard Circle in East Longmeadow and in one day we had so many people come through. We had offers coming in right away. And it was wonderful because I was the original realtor for the whole street and sold every house on the street many years ago when they were brand new and it was nice that some of the people that bought from me way back then came through to visit with me. And I’m happy to say the strategy that I used did what I thought it would do and the house sold for roughly $50,000 more than it was listed for. And my sellers were wonderful to work with. I’m absolutely gonna miss them. They are wonderful people Caroline and Charles. Living in East Longmeadow most of my life is also where I have sold most properties I know as a realtor when people come through who are not familiar with East Longmeadow I can tell them everything about our great town. Shoot me a text if you’re thinking about selling your home. I would love to come out and visit it and meet with you when it’s convenient for you. I’ve been a Realtor 30 plus years And proud to work at Keller Williams in Longmeadow. Donna Taylor 413 221-6990

Please share and hopefully she has great owners looking for her poor pup😞thank you

This girl was found just before the winter storm suffering from internal and external injuries frequently seen after a dog had been struck by a vehicle. Additionally, she appeared to have been bitten by an animal (which might be why she ran off). After several days in the ICU she was stable enough to leave critical care.

She was found on the 24th of January in the 2000 block of Page Boulevard. We're hoping to locate her humans, even if they cannot keep her, to determine if she has a vaccine history or if they know the animal that bit her.

If you recognize her, please call us at 413-781-1484 x2.

Wow, with very wooded 2 acres you may have enough lumber to have your new home built from the trees on the property. Could be saving money from the tarriffs now on lumber from Canada. Also a logging company could come in and clear the 2 acres which would be awesome as you'd have lots of room to have chickens, never have to worry about the price of eggs and not even being able to find them in the stores. Think about all the vegtables you could grow in a large garden, again saving money!!!! Fresh produce you could can for the winter!!!!!. A logging company may very well pay you for the trees they take. If your thinking of building a new home in a very tranquill area that is beautiful with lots of wildlife and fresh air and away from the fast pace of the city this lot has great possibilities for you!!! A log cabin, a bungalow, a contemporary would look fantastic there.
JUST LISTED BEAUTIFUL 2 ACRE LOT IN TOLLAND!!!!!! Just 40,500
