Are you thinking of waiting until Rates go down to buy?
These are reasons why you shouldn’t.

1. Less Competition when submitting your offers. Last year it was common to receive 15-20 offers the first week. Now, it’s more common to see 3-5 the first 10 days.

2. Sellers are giving credits. Sellers a year ago didn’t need to give anything because the market was hot. Now they’re more willing to give credits toward closing.

3. Lower Down payment buyers are being considered. Last year sellers wanted 10-50% down when looking at offers. Todays market sellers are considering 3-5% down payment buyers again.

As a member of this community and a person who grew up in I felt compelled to attend this vigil. I wasn’t directly effected by the shooting but my grandma lived for many years up the hill from where this happened. She walked by there on the way to the market, to her volunteer retirement job, I walked with her sometimes too. So surreal. As a parent, I hope showing Cruz no matter what, we are there for others in their time of need
