We're Bowled Over by this! 92 year old Barney Smith and his Toilet Seat Art were featured today on CBS Sunday Morning. He continues to paint the seat lids and doesn't plan on slowing down any time soon. None of his artwork was ever sold...hundreds are displayed in his garage-museum...complimentary admission. Barney says "Come on down to San Antonio! And bring a toilet seat lid with you!!"

For over 50 years Barney Smith, retired master plumber, has turned toilet seats into works of art. He creates in his garage, and loves visitors. Barney turned 92 in 2013. At last count he had completed 1,069 toilet seats.

Signing the last contract of sale at the Seasons at East Meadow. It is bittersweet. It seems like just yesterday that the first homeowners moved in to begin a new chapter of their lives. We're very proud of the community we've built and we're thrilled to see how many friendships have been made. Good luck to you all!
