Exciting news!

Summit Ridge has been working with the East Moline Fire Department and many others for a long time. Work is underway to have the common areas installed and working with a fire alarm and sprinkler system by end of the year! All units and common areas have working smoke detectors with 10 year batteries. Once the common areas are completed and paid, Summit Ridge will begin the process to process to extend the fire alarm and sprinkler systems into each unit to meet Office of the State Fire Marshal compliance for a complete fire alarm and sprinkled building! Exciting times for our community and building. THANK YOU to everyone who is participating, both in work effort and financially, to make this a reality!

COVID-19: Currently Summit Ridge Condominiums has no reported infections. The residents of the Association continue to follow the guidelines of the CDC and and the State of Illinois. We continue to adjust our policies and procedures as needed and post updates here.

DRONE Inspecting Building Wed April 6

April 6 (tomorrow), Wednesday afternoon, E&H Restoration will be flying a DRONE around the outside of the building, inspecting it.
The DRONE WILL BE TAKING PICTURES OF THE BUILDING!

This was discussed with E&H last year to review the exterior of the building.
• Do not be distressed if you see the drone. If you are concerned about it seeing inside your unit, please close your blinds.

Summit Ridge is still open to buyers, through realtors, to access condos for sale. Note that not all amenities maybe open. The Association continues to monitor Government and CDC guidelines and will adjust policy to align with those guidelines. Thank you for your understanding and Stay Safe during this time!

Construction for the summer is complete! This includes Garage Restoration and driveway repair. Access is back to normal.
