What a remarkable day at The 21st Annual Iron Hill Charity Golf Open!

A heartfelt thank you to Iron Hill Construction Management and J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. for organizing yet another outstanding event to support our Veterans, Military Personnel, and their Families. Their collaboration with club host, Fiddler’s Elbow, made for an unforgettable day.

Special thanks to the Irvington High School JROTC for their inspiring Presentation of the Colors and their rendition of “America the Beautiful”- a job well done!

I absolutely love when 99.9% of the market points out all the negatives: vacant office, no parking, non-credit retail tenant (cigar shop), smells bad, billboard sales falling short, etc. Our clients hired us to maximize value, not be persuaded by buyer’s sentiments. We highlighted the positives and potential of the asset and our marketing process generated 10 qualified bidders on this one!
