Amanda is the Assistant Community Manager at The Ludlow and a Dallas, TX native. She’s getting married this year, recently became a homeowner, and is a proud mom to three pitbulls who are truly her babies 🐶💜 Amanda loves to cook—especially sourdough with her starter, “Doughlores”—and her favorite color is purple. She’s also a big coffee lover, particularly when it’s made by Callam.
Callam is the Assistant Community Manager at The Girard and has been part of the East Market family for four years, starting his journey as an intern. Originally from Nottingham, UK, he’s called Philadelphia home for the past seven years. A true coffee enthusiast (Rival Bros. and Old City Coffee are favorites), Callam is also proudly nerdy about both Star Wars and Star Trek. When he’s not talking coffee or debating starship captains, you’ll find him cheering on Nottingham Forest and the England national team. ⚽️☕️
Their office doors are always open, and both Amanda and Callam genuinely enjoy when residents stop by—whether it’s with a question, a concern, or just to say hello. They’re here to support you, get to know you, and help make both communities feel like home.
