A little real estate market talk!

Here’s a look at the snapshot inventory chart for homes for sale in Massachusetts.

One thing that really stands out to me is what happens after Labor Day. We often see another wave of homes come onto the market in September and October, so buyers who haven’t found the right home yet don’t give up!

We also have more inventory this year than we did last year, which means buyers have more choices. But we’re still well below the inventory levels we saw in 2019.

So yes, more choices… but we’re definitely not flooded with homes!
