This home... it is moreso a masterpeice. Walking into the foyer feels like you are stepping into a palace. Welcome to my latest creation. Plans are completed and the client is very happy with the results. This 2600+sqft home is an RGB exclusive portfolio that was originally designed to capture the view of a stunning lake in the Poconos from the front of the home. Aptly named the "Vista View" I altered the planset to face a beautiful Pocono Vista in our Exclusive RGB Neighborhood in Stroudsburg named Sawmill Highlands. This house was chosen due to the positioning of the building parcel facing an incredibly long view of a vista. I extended the gable on the right elevation to accept a 7' window with transom in the 9' ceilings. I also added a 10'x12' screened in side deck with an additional sundeck so that my client can enjoy the sunrises to the east. This home features elevated exterior trimwork, 4 PVC columns holding up the front porch and beautiful stonework. On the interior it features premium solid red oak flooring throughout, a oak turned staircase with aluminum twisted picketts, a 6'x4' Custom Shower with floor to ceiling tile. A stoic mantle for the heat'n'glo gas fireplace and will feature a Carrier Hybrid Electric/Gas heat pump ducted in the entire home w/ dual zones. ZIP System Sheathing and a 1 year builder and 12 year residential warranty. It is safe to say, this client is particularly happy with what we have achieved in 60 days. We plan on starting this project in the late summer/fall.

The home features 2367 Square Feet, with 9' Ceilings, open concept and beautiful stacked glass upper cabinets in the kitchen. The kitchen will adorne a 48" premium gas range with a powerful vented exhausted fan. This client valued a traditional formal dining space, with custom wainscote trim and a pass through butlers pantry with museum like lighted display cabinets to show off her fine china. We are also including a custom inset woodstove alcove which will house a HE Catalytic Woodstove, and 3 sided stone with a custom designed mantel. The home will be sheathed with ZIP system and feature 3-0/6-0 Pella Windows.
