I have recently seen a lot of posts about choosing the "right" Realtor. Today I have chosen to take the time to address that. Anyone that is a Realtor is bound to a code of ethics and required to operate in a professional and ethical matter! I will never talk down on any Realtor that has chosen this career and gives their time and dedication to their clients. Some of the questions I have been asked are quite comical to me, but I will give explanation. So are we different? Are we all capable of getting the job done? The answer to both is YES! With that being said I will tell you briefly why I do what I do. Helping and doing for others is my drive. I have been in positions in my life where the four walls feel like they are closing and the sky is falling. At these times, I have been fortunate enough to have people step up and support me. By using our God given talents, along with knowledge, we are able to truly make life easier for others! Do I care about the commission? of course! We all have bills, and family's to support. Is this my priority? NO. I want to earn what I deserve with anything in life. My job is not to be a "salesman" as many think. It is to help you buy or sell your home and make sure your wants and needs are met for your family. If the focus is put on your situation and family, then I have done my job and will be rewarded for what I have done and YOU as the client will be happy with the results for your future. I am committing to be with you through the journey, however long that takes. Why don't I wear a Suit and tie or shave my beard? Because that's not who I am as a person or a Realtor. I was raised on a handshake and my word being an unbreakable bond. Unfortunately in our world (especially Real estate transactions) a lot of contracts, and legal documents have been put into play. Don't let this change the fact that my word and handshake was my personal contract besides the paperwork required. I have always been involved in the agriculture and rural area lifestyle. A suit does not make me any more or less of a professional or affect my abilities. As far as the beard, well I like it and my wife likes it. As the old saying goes "Happy wife, Happy life". My top commitment is of course to her. I consider everyone of my clients a friend and treat them as family. What I would do for my parents or children I will do for you and that can be proven through past reviews of clients. If you want to work with me, I am more than happy to consider you family and fight for you with using my abilities and knowledge. If you don't, I understand! We all like and value different things in life and I might not be the best choice for your family or situation. There will never be hard feelings on the decision that you made for your self or family. I will end this with one last statement. I commit to doing whatever it takes to help you meet your needs and provide honesty while having open communication before, during, and after. If you choose to work with me, I will accept and be committed to you as a friend. Any other random questions or concerns as to why "I am different", feel free to message me and I would love to chat with you! God Bless all of you and thank you for the continued support and trust!
