🍓🥧 July Recipe of the Month: Summer Berry Cheesecake Tart ☀️

Celebrate summer with a dessert that's as beautiful as it is delicious! This no-bake Summer Berry Cheesecake Tart features a sweet-and-salty pretzel graham cracker crust, a creamy cheesecake filling, and a colorful topping of fresh seasonal berries. It's the perfect treat for backyard BBQs, picnics, family gatherings, or your Fourth of July celebration!

✨ You'll Need:
🥨 Pretzels & graham crackers
🧈 Butter & brown sugar
🧀 Cream cheese
🥛 Heavy cream
🍦 Vanilla
🍓 Fresh strawberries
🫐 Blueberries
❤️ Raspberries (or your favorite fresh berries!)

Quick Directions:
1️⃣ Make the pretzel graham cracker crust and press it into a tart pan.

✨ You'll Need:
🥗 Homemade Caesar dressing
🍝 Short-cut pasta
🥬 Romaine lettuce
🍅 Cherry tomatoes
🧀 Spicy cheddar cheese
🥓 Crispy bacon
🌿 Fresh basil
🥖 Homemade garlic croutons

Quick Directions:
1️⃣ Whisk together the Caesar dressing ingredients.
2️⃣ Bake seasoned ciabatta cubes until golden and crispy.

We’re excited to welcome residents and their guests back to the pool for another great season! To help keep our community safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, please review the pool rules below before your visit.

📋 Pool Reminders:
✅ Pool is for residents and authorized guests only
✅ Maximum of 2 guests per apartment
✅ Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times
✅ Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult
✅ No glass containers, alcohol, food, or gum in the pool or deck
✅ No smoking or va**ng
✅ No pets allowed in the pool
✅ Only water wings and life jackets are permitted flotation devices

⚠️ Violations of these rules may result in loss of pool and amenity privileges.
