Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Sausage Bake

Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb Monon Meats Smoked sausage, sliced
2 lbs potatoes, cubed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup green onions, chopped for garnish
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage slices until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the diced onions and minced garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.
In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, cooked sausage, onion-garlic mixture, shredded cheese, ranch dressing mix, milk, and melted butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Homemade Pizza Rolls 🍕

📋 Ingredients:

1 (13.8 oz) tube refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped pepperoni
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Marinara sauce, for dipping

📝Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Roll out the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
3️⃣ Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
4️⃣ Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped pepperoni over the sauce.
5️⃣ Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the toppings for extra flavor.
6️⃣ Starting from one long edge, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
7️⃣ Slice the log into 1-inch thick pieces and place them cut side down on the prepared baking sheet.
8️⃣ Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
9️⃣ Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
