On January 1, 2006, I took a leap of faith and stepped into the world of self-employment, launching Stone Coat Appraisals. It was a scary decision at the time, but it has led to incredible business partnerships, meaningful peer relationships, and countless opportunities for growth.

As I celebrate the beginning of my 20th year in business this January, my heart is full of gratitude. I am humbled and truly blessed — and I give all the glory to God.

Thank you to everyone who has supported, encouraged, and believed in me over the years. I’m looking forward to making year twenty the best one yet.

If you are selling a home in Maine:

Interconnected smoke and CO detectors are now STATE fire code. You also need a gas detector near all gas burning appliances including heaters. There are multiple options for wireless solutions on Amazon and other retailers. No one wants to see anymore preventable deaths or injuries.

Hello everyone.

It has come to my attention that there are some outdated fee and coverage schedules available online, relating to my services.

I offer residential home and land appraisals in York and Cumberland counties. I do offer services in Oxford and Sagadahoc counties on a case by case basis.

My fees for services range from $450-$950 for properties with estimated values of under $1,000,000. Specific fees are determined based on property type and complexity. Individual quotes are given upon inquiry for engagement.
