I had a wild inspection today in the Berkshires.
300 acre estate going for 10 million with 8 total structures. The main house was built by Tom Kundig world famous architect. One of his signatures is these large metal wheels and chains that open up entire walls.

First specialty risk inspection of the day today. The home was built in 1802, glorious post and beam construction. The contractor found this in the wall. We both agreed it was in everybody's best interest to put this back in the wall in seal it up.

Some cool news from my drone platform Skydio. They have pivoted completely to commercial operations for enterprise customers. Really taking charge in the public service sector and approved by the DOD. These drones have also just been deployed in Ukraine for various purposes.
I recently used it for a roof inspection of a 100,000 sq ft commercial building in New York, both inside and out I was able to get images that never would have been seen otherwise.
I love doing real estate photography with this drone, the key frame feature makes awesome videos!
