Over 5 years ago, before McKnight is where they are now, her and their business developer reached out to me for coffee. They didn’t just ask what they could do to help me grow my business. They routinely checked in on me, personably. We survived some crazy transactions together! And, coincidentally we worked out together side by side for who knows how long until we realized who each other was. 😂

Like all businesses, there’s so many moving parts 👇

My last closing of 2025 took place on Dec 23rd, just before the title companies closed for their holiday break!
The couple I had the opportunity to work for were first time homebuyers relocating to Brownwood, Texas for work. They have a yard fit for 30 chickens! 🐓 Outside of city limits, of course. All cities have their own ordinances to follow.

My first closing of this year was a completely remodeled unique home off Fort Worth Hwy in Weatherford, Texas.
I called the seller right after her listing expired with her previous agent. We talked STR and LTR and what that would look like. Ultimately, we came up with a plan to relist and were under contract in 30 days.

Closed 2 acres off Tin Top Rd in Weatherford. This one posed some challenges and we overcame them all! This couple is resilient!

Under contract at 1140 S Gloucester Ct, Irving, TX! A referral from my cousin who is also a mortgage lender. 👀 I’m looking forward to sharing an authentic Peruvian meal with this couple in their new kitchen when it’s all said and done!

After a year and a half, we found the one for Jen and Ray in Parker County! OFF-MARKET too! Previously listed at $470,000.00 and they purchased for 100k less than that! It has it all, 2,500+ sqft, 2 acres, and a shop.
During Jennifers search, I was introduced to the whole family! Parents, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and children! I worked for her brother in the purchase of their land to build on and her son with leasing of a townhome.
For many months we did not connect due to the things that needed to line up to make this move possible. I continued to follow up. No response does not always mean, no. It could just mean, not yet.
